Effective communication with the developers and a smooth handoff process were critical to the successful launch of this project. The challenge was not only to build a complex UI with numerous interactions but also to develop a flexible backend. In addition to overseeing all design-related tasks, I led the development team, ensuring that the final product was polished at every stage—from wireframing and design to the dev handoff and QA.
The result is an exceptionally engaging project, recognized by Awwwards and easily editable, which makes it not only visually appealing but also easy to maintain through time.
